Can I bring my own Clubs?
Yes, players are encouraged to bring their own clubs. Please ensure that your clubfaces are clean.
What if I don’t own clubs or don’t have them with me?
We have club rentals available for $15.00 per set. Groups are permitted to share a set.
Do I need to bring my own golf balls?
No, we provide regulation Callaway golf balls for you to use. These particular balls are required so that the system is able to compute ball speed, spin axis, backspin rpm, and sidespin rpm accurately.
Do I need to bring my own tees?
No, we provide tees for you to use.
Can I wear outdoor footwear in the facility?
Clean, soft soled outdoor footwear will be permitted, however we ask that you bring a pair of golf shoes or running shoes if possible.
Do you have a locker room?
We have one change room available, however we do not have lockers. The simulator rooms are very spacious and have plenty of space for your jackets, bags and other personal belongings.
Should I book a tee time ahead of time?
Walk-ins are welcome however we tend to be busiest in the evenings and on the weekends and we recommend booking your tee time in advance to avoid disappointment.
How much notice do I need to provide in order to cancel a tee time?
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice when cancelling a tee time.
How early should I arrive?
We suggest arriving at least 10-15 minutes prior to your tee time.
How long does it take to play 18 holes on one of your PGA Tour Simulators?
It takes each individual player approximately an hour to play 18 holes. A twosome would normally take two hours to play; a foursome would normally book four hours of playing time.
How do you charge?
The simulators are charged out on an hourly basis. We don’t charge on a per person basis and there are no additional fees if you have several players in your group.
Is the facility available for private events?
Yes! We rent out our lower level and main floor, either separately or together. The lower level is a nice banquet space with two pool tables, two dart boards and your own private bar. The upper level which houses the five simulator rooms and the main bar may be rented out in its entirety or just partially. We recommend checking out our space for your next birthday, corporate function, holiday party or special family event.
Do you have a lounge where we can sit and relax before and after a round?
Yes. We invite you to have a drink and a snack in our lounge before or after your round. It’s also a great place to watch the PGA events or the hockey game on one of our TVs.
Do you sell alcoholic beverages?
Yes, we are fully licenced and offer a large variety of draft and bottled beer, coolers, high balls and wine by the bottle. Make sure you check out some of our local beers or liquors while you are here.
Do you sell non alcoholic beverages and snacks?
Yes, we offer coffee, water and pop to drink and chips, chocolate bars and premium Kobe beef hot dogs made fresh to eat.
Can children use the PGA Tour Simulators as well?
Of course! We are a family friendly facility. Children under the age of 16 may use our PGA TOUR Simulators, however, we ask that children be accompanied by an adult at all times.
